Hyeyoung Shin

Born and raised in South Korea and came to the U.S. for pursuing her artistic career. Hyeyoung Shin received her MFA from Department of Visual Studies, University at Buffalo, NY, also accomplished two BFAs from the department of printmaking at Hong-Ik University, Seoul and the department of painting at Kyoung-Sung University, Pusan in Korea. Her artistic practice is an embodiment of a lifetime of accumulated experiences in a structural space. It centers on visualizing connections that make human relationships and kindle new meaning and the value of art. Shin has been shown her artworks in numerous destinations. Now Shin lives, teaches and works in Buffalo, NY.
