Ben Fleming is, by occupation, a practitioner of International Human Rights and International Humanitarian law. He has lived and worked in Cambodia, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Brasil, Louisiana, Texas and New York. He has worked for the United Nations, The Metropolitan Organization, Associated Catholic Charities, and the Center for Justice and International Law, among others. He is currently a consultant in the anti-corruption unit for the Open Society Justice Initiative. Although he would love to consider himself a writer, it would probably be more fair to state that he occasionally writes.
